Plug in / options

hi is there a option or a plugin that can move your character out of stuff on the ground. like avoiding the cone attack from the pandaren rares or move out of range when the turtles start spinning on the timeless isles? or is this a CR problem?

im not sure exactly, but...

my custom grind profile for skinning cats moves out of their dust cloud automatically, i assume its Singular doing it but could be honorbuddy.

also Brodies coin grinder profile will also dodge mob mechanics and i run that with singular as well.
