Please wait while Honor Buddy Initializes... forever.

Got the most recent update and started getting the error "Please wait while Honor Buddy Initializes." It never fully initialized.
Did a full re-install of the program (uninstalled, cleared directory out, re-installed) same issue occurs.

I also ensured my Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware program had exceptions in place for HB.

How is this accomplished when the program does not ever initialize and allow a user to click the button?
Edit: I never realized you could access it from the website.
