"Please start Diablo III before attempting to start the bot" Help please:(

Hi there.
I'm having this issue where the bot wont start because of this text: "Please start Diablo III before attempting to start the bot"

I have updated Demonbuddy and all that.
I've also tried using the "BuddyWizard" and installing all the software needed.

I've also tried opening the game and the bot in different orders.

I just bought the bot 3 days ago. It doesn't work and it is a waste of money. Just contact to see if you can return (if you bought recently). If you actually got to use it cut your loses
 
Really? You sure? Cause I've seen posts that are just like a few hours old that are about different issues and stuff

if you want a refund we will be happy to refund your money in case you are eligible
 
Why you so mad? I would expect an admin to be a little more professional. When a company offers a product and it doesn't work they get flamed over a wide spectrum. This is the same case. I love your products and I love everything about botting. It is what has made me want to come back to these games in particular. I just think some more updates would be beneficial. Also do you think if xbox live went down for a week fanboys wouldn't be going insane?

if you have a problem just send a pm to tony and he will be more than happy to sort it out regarding keys etc... i have found these guys to be fair and helpful in every way they can :)
 
I bought demonbuddy a long time ago, I was never able to make it work and had the same problem. but other people have sworn by it and I have honorbuddy which works great. I think I just have the bad timing of trying to use it too soon after patches.

You've probably got a similar thing going on. just keep an eye out for an update. It would be nice if it was faster to update. But if the WOW bot is any indication then DB is worth using.
 
I would actually say, fuck that fucking guy. Refund his key, and ban his ass so he can never buy the bot again. Then we'll see who changes their tune.

how long is this guy going get away with posting like this not the 1st post i seen him post in this manner and only has 9 posts why have you left him be?

He'll get away with it because Tony started his response with hostility instead of humility... It was a mistake he recognized and attempted to fix (if you look at his second response within this thread)...

It's not inappropriate for this individual to feel how he does... Look at it from his point of view... You buy something, and immediately test it to see that it doesn't work... Frustrating... Then to be belittled on the forums and expected to read the forums to understand whats going on...

I'm speaking in terms of ways to improve this process... When a patch goes live, and the bot is taken down, suspend the payment process or add a page to the payment process that notates the bot is in the process of being updated for the new patch, and may take a little time... Customer service what needs to be improved... The process and time to make this a solid release is being done exactly as it should be, with loads of care to prevent a mistake that could cost us (the consumers) accounts...

but Tony is a moderater and as you said did attemp to fix first as you said this guy has 9 posts and 2 of them are attacking other members in this manner i find is shocking its been allowd to go on weather tony did start with hostility to begin with it was not even close to this.
 
ok lets clear it a bit

as we know D3 had a major patch some days ago,that new patch brings a lot of changes so DB needs major updates as well
that takes time cause its like a small rewrite of DB

to the point now
everyone knows how "clear" we are ,as a company, about our refund policy and people's money
when i see posts like "its a waste of money" its like calling as thieves,which is something am not going to accept in any way

Whenever there was/is downtime we are extending time on keys without second thoughts,giving you even more days than the downtime was

i will close this thread now since OP requested it
