While it is required that you attach a log file in order to resolve issues, it is also required that you provide a description of the fault and your subject line should be a brief summary of the fault. Its just polite and good etiquette to do so.

If you are on US servers do the following.

1) Turn off your computer.
2) Go outside / hang out / watch a movie (spend an hour or two doing this)
3) Turn computer on
4) Open wow then HB and accept the HB update
5) If no update for HB exists repeat steps 1 - 4

while im trying to login i got an error that says im missing one of dll files.
i tried every thing and i.ve got the same error all the time

Given that HB is currently down due to WoW 5.1 patch there is nothing you can do but wait.
