Please see screenshots for error I'm receiving

I receive two error messages upon launching/logging into HonorBuddy. Can someone please tell me if they have experienced this before and or know how to resolve this?



The second error occurs after I select "Don't Send" since send error report fails as well.



I really appreciate all the help I receive. I'll constantly check for the forum for updates. Thanks!

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.

I'm sorry I'm not that good with computers. How do I uninstall both of those?

Control panel
add remove programs

PS sorry for stupid question I do know how to uninstall a program I just don't know what a C++ distribute-able even is. thanks again!
