I know this has been answered before but heres my new problem... I was away at work for like 5 days and didnt use HB....I try use it now and I get this.... I try to restart it and same problem... I used it on my other computer and same problem... I even re zipped it and deleted all the stuff I had before and same problem anyone got any other ideas???

make 100% sure you're using updated hb

2) post in the hb thread if you have issues

Guys (and gals).

The staff has forgotten (*haha*) to post some extra information along with the releases of HB and GB.
These new releases currently are for the US servers.
The EU servers will receive the patch during the rolling restarts between 5 and 7 AM GMT+1 this morning (so in a few hours Amsterdam Timezone).

So if you are on EU servers, DONT UPDATE TO THE LATEST HB OR GB VERSION!
THIS IS FOR US Servers ONLY!
EU Servers use 2.0.0.4564 untill restarts and patch download (in a few hours).

From tomorrow after the restarts, you will get a patch, and then you will need the very latest version of GB and HB.

4620 is for the new patch 4.1.0.14007 wich was deployed on US realm this mornning (us time)
EU will have rolling restarts starting at 5 this morning.

Use 4564 until eu get's the new patch.
 
Actually, that's not quite true about the patches ect ect. I've had the same issue and the patch EU server side and I didn't use HB for a few days. It's long past 4,1 hitting and it gives me the lovely message o'hell. I've updated my HB, even tried to downgrade it to see if it works. Nothing really does the trick. Same message appears every time :)
