Authentication failed!

I've tried logging in at that Auth Portal link or whatever and it did nothing..
I just bought this a few minutes ago and would like to start using it:D I paid with Gate2Shop and just entered my information directly with them , didnt use paypal or anything. I have linked my account
 
Bump, I payed for this could I please get some support, been watching for 15-20 minutes and other threads have been responded too in that time and this one hasnt been responded to.
 
Have you tried logging in using your shop account?

You should also merge your shop account with your forum account. Don't ask how, you should be able to figure this much out just by playing around.
 
Try reinstalling HB and disconnect from Shop & Forum for 20min before you login in HB.

If it still doesn't work you'll have to contact Bossland!
 
I never got a confirmation email for Gate2Shop with an Invoice ID and it says I have no transactions on the my account page, Could it of been blocked? It isnt showing up as a charge on my credit card website.
 
You should post your transaction ID here so Bossland will check it.

If you used a unverified Paypal account it may take time for the money to appear in his PayPal account.
 
I manually entered everything and didn't use any account, Ill wait a few hours and see. Im just a little worried though because I never received any kind of confirmation email that says I bought anything...
 
Bump, anyone have any suggestions? I don't have a transaction ID remember I said I never got an email with any of that stuff
 
You didn't receive an email from PayPal ?

How did you pay ? LR ? WU ?

Because even if you entered you CC details in PayPal without using an account, you should have received an email.

It appears American Express blocked the payment, I just used my Mastercard instead and everything appears to be working right now, going to load up Honorbuddy I dont think I should have a problem anymore
