Through my recent testing running 5 druids:
Temple of the Jade Serpent:
Two issues -
1 - May or may not get stuck in a loop at the base of the first boss trying to pull her while avoiding walking over the water. I have seen this randomly happen but definitely a pathing issue here.
2 - 5 druids in fully vendor-bought MoP gear at lvl 86 chain-wipe on Sha of Doubt (final boss). A fix to this is, once HB is running but while bot is stopped, edit the temple of the jade serpent xml file by removing or commenting out the sha of doubt boss, and set the previous boss (Liu Flameheart as final = true. Less xp but results i afkable dugeon loops (except for issue 1 happening randomly).
Monkey Bar Instance
One issue -
1 - Ranged DPS and Heals may get stuck behind the door for the first boss (large monkey barrel boss). This isn't a huge issue, tried fixing by lowering following distance to no avail. When this happens the tank will either solo the boss or die, upon death will get rezzed by the rest of group since the boss de-summons and all will be in the room.
I hope this at least partially answers your question. I'll be testing future instances as I have time.
Also of note, my use of "afkable" in these descriptions means afkable for a full party including tank, heals, and ranged dps.
