When reporting a ban or a suspension on the Ban Report forum, please know the different between a ban and a suspension, and use the correct terminology. It can be incredibly difficult to tell the difference between the two if you're not clear in your report. Getting kicked off the game for three days is a suspension, while having your account permanently closed is a ban.
