I purchased HB about 45mins ago. I haven't received the product key, tried clicking on the link that they have in case it doesn't show up on email. But the link is not working "Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. "

What should I do? Please help, and sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. First time using this forum and hb :(
 
Go to buddyauth.com and sign up an account with the email you used to purchase HB and then click the Keys tab and it will be there.
 
I did that. And no email from them either. Tried to have them resend the activation key at least 25 times now and nothing.
 
relax - assuming your payment information was good - it should have been emailed to you

if it was good and it was 100% not emailed to you, and not on buddyauth.com - email us - [email protected] and we'll look into it

I am assuming it went through since I received the order number confirmation. I will email right now thank you very much :)
 
The support email takes up to 24hrs (Considering its weekend, it can take even longer.), so please be patient and watch your pms.
