I have a Windows 10 PC, as we all know it runs DX12 and we need DX9 to use HB. I have tired everything to get HB to attach to WoW. using 32bit launcher, even added the proper DX9 .dll file and still no attachment. I know there has to be a fix of sorts.

The time on your key doesn't start ticking until it is first used.
If you've used it already, then yes - your time is expiring

However, for every day that the bot is not in working order - we give back to your key.
So if the bot is down for a week, then we will give you a week back to your key.

If you read the link that snakesneaking posted, then this is already explained on the second post.
