im having an issue with getting profiles to work. any help would be appreciated. when I download 90% of the profiles they download as html zip and I cant do anything with them. the ones that do work are xml any help would be greatly appreciated
please help!!

Further logic would tell you the bot hasn't been updated yet for 2.01 so nothing will work lol.

Well i think his problem is that instead of a .zip file he gets a .html file.
Same here if i download directly from my window 8.1 in parallels desktop window. BUT when i download from safari within the same link, i get the zip file. i don?t know exactly what?s going wrong but my solution was: just download in safari and share the files with the VM.
I don?t know the setting (Win/Mac) of your system but maybe you should try another browser?
