Please help with AA and Fishing poles!!!!!

So I have been using AA for quite some time now, but on thing that has been really bothering me is I can't find a plugin or the information to set up the bot so that it will use the savage fishing pole lure / Nats drinking hat lure, I have tried using ultibuffer with no luck. The plugin tries to use it but it gives me a message saying "[UltiBuffer]: Savage Fishing Pole is not on cooldown but we can't use it, Removing from list." same goes for the hat.

So can anyone please direct me to a page that has the information needed to make this work or help me figure out Ultibuffer? I really would love to make this work.
