please help run poe w WMware/VPN

I'm newbie here can anyone kind enough to help me how to get vmware to run POE and vpn config to bot? please ^^

1. Download VMWare
2. Install VMWare
3. Install Windows 7 or something else on your VM
4. Install All-In-One Runtimes (AiO-Package) (content: .NET Framework 4.6, Visual C++ Runtimes 2015, Adobe Flash Player v18.0.0.232, Shockwave Player v12.1.9.160, Silverlight v5.1.40728.0, some more runtime data v1.0.4.0)
5. To use VPN i use ProxyCap (http://www.proxycap.com/)
6. Download and update PoE
7. Download and update Exilebuddy
8. Start em
9. bot.
