I am playing a DH using Atom and gilestrinity. I am using the trinity combat as well. Te problem i am having is that the bot will skip a lot of trash mobs and just run around almost like it doesnt know what to do and will just end up dying. here's the mobs it will skip.

demon raider
fallen maniac
demonic tremor
skull cleaver
skeletal marauder
fallen/blazing ghoul
also someone suggested not running giles and just to use Belphegor.. well when i do this it just runs passed all mobs all together.
