Got rekted twice? Please help me understand.

If i have a key which activated (first use) in 2016 but was purchased in 2014 for example, whether or not my key work until 2018?

So i activated (first use) x11 keys (x3 session each) and x1 key (x1 session) in 2016. So i must have worked them until 2018. But when I wrote on [email protected] Bossland reactivated only 2 keys (18+3 sessions)
So i got rekted twice? For the first time they changed lifetime to 2 year session, secondly when i must have 34 session, but he gives me only 21 (18+3)?
