I'm getting this message. Could not load file of assemble 'fasmdll-managed.' and then send report or don't... Iv'e redownloaded HB many times all of my game preferences are correct I've tried to research it on the forums please help me!!!!!! please!!

So you didnt find one of the many threads or the starting post of the hb release which tells clearly to install net framework 4.0 and c++ redist 2010? (Reinstall if already done.)

Install Net Framework 4.0, restart HB & WoW and you should be good to go.
Also, you can use DirectX 11 now.
