please help me, i paid 37 euro for nothing updated

i wanted to buy a digital key from mmoga site and to pay with paypal account.the problem is that my account name on mmoga is not the same as my paypal account name.after my 37.99 euro was sent to mmoga i received this email:

they want a scanned photo with my ID, adress and my name who must be same as my paypal name.View attachment paypal_address_verification_en.pdf
this attachement who is linked i received with the email.
there is any way to get my money back?i cant send them a photo with my legit name.

Simply email them and ask them for a refund. Its pretty common with websites that sell cdkeys to require a photoid with the same name as your paypal.

you will. Just email them and explain and tell them you just want a refund. If you don't hear back in 3 days (might want to give them 5 since it is Christmas eve tomorrow, they might not have a lot of people working) then file a charge back on paypal stating you did not get the item.

Initiate a dispute through paypal. Additionally, why would you scan a copy of your ID to a chinese site? You know there is absolutely no reason that they need you ID lol, asides from trying to take an account from you later.

Sigh, do you not read? Login to paypal and initiate a dispute for the transaction. It is easy to get your money back considering they're violation privacy laws, lol. Furthermore, mention in your dispute that they did state when you purchased that you're required to provide a photo ID, much less a picture of yourself holding it..

Same thing happen to me at gamesrocket, just tell them to refund the money because u will not give your id to strangers or you will lift a dispute on Paypal to them.

These asian shitfucks are just really serious about their shit. I bought some gold of them several month ago and they wanted a picture of me holding my ID card that fit my paypal-account etc pp

Like I would give them my ID lol. I'm pretty confident that they will somehow capitalize on the information you give them. Just chargeback on paypal - thats what I did and it worked. Will just take a couple of days.

I do not trust the Chinese sites. They're big on ID theft and if they have all of your contact information AND a copy of your photo Id, jacking your account would be SUPER easy.

Login to paypal, go to resolution center, and initiate a dispute. A simple google search will lead you in that direction. No offense, but you need to put in a little more effort here.

Yes, u tried to contact them, they didn't refund. So next step is My Account-Resolution Center-Dispute a Transaction.
There u go m8. Just type that u have tried to buy a key from them, they want your scanned id with u standing next to it and u refuse that so after they denied refund request u are claiming a dispute.
