Please Help Looting addon.. old Iron Jaw

Is there a addon that will click YES when i finaly catch Old Iron Jaw while fishing, i have been fishing him for like 5 hours per day for last week, and i finally did research on why taking so long, seems when u do catch him u get a popup box asking to loot YES or NO is there something i can use or add that might click yes for me? thanks in advance...

I'm actually looking for this too. Just made a profile to farm an instance and the bot is stuck on the loot BOP (okay/cancel)
