Please HELP! How to make Condemn spam off cooldown on crusader?

So I've tried to edit the AoE in trinity setting to 1,2,3 none of them works. Also tried to edit the C# code in combat - abilities and I still can't get my crusader to use condemn - vacuum skill off cooldown or whenever there is any trash, elite in range. Could someone help me please? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem and was not able to fix it, even by editing the CrusaderCombat.cs ...
If anyone knows how to solve the problem pls reply!
