yesterday i was sleeping and again it was logged out my bot i hate this:S

Have you tried relogger tool that's posted elsewhere in the forum as a temporary solution while waiting on a fix?

Your longevity with the product and the forum should mean you are aware of these things so please calm down, take a step back and think about this from the perspective of those who you're asking for help from. These are things which will help them to help you, I don't think it's too much to ask for a little consideration and forethought.

im not going to use some one els on the forums relogger i wil wait til erenion made his relogger when the paid plugins comes and i already gived logs to tony on msn they know about the issue so im not going to give anymore logs whats useles now
 
Don't "smartassy", with the forum rules and try to play moderator. I understand the frustration, because i'm also getting it, its friking annoying.

I know m8 but its friking annoying if you not at home and come back and your char is logged of while you grinding on things now the crash errors are fixed like befor and now we have this logout issue there keep coming issues back i liked it when the crash error was fixed a few months back befor 403 and now we have this again

Not my intention in the least. As a software developer I know how it feels from the other side and I'm simply trying to show the things that will help you to get a better response from the forum posts. I'm not concerned with "violations" but with why those guidelines are there and in what way they are intended to help you.

I do understand the frustrations about the particular issue and have faced them myself but getting into a state about them in the way that things are happening here doesn't help anyone, least of all yourself.

@Mario27, good that you gave log to Tony, wasn't clear from your post that certain steps had already been followed so I think you will understand why that was posted.

wel wolf there isnt away to help me but thnx but only the dev can fix this issue and im getting annoying with keep sending logs when they know whats the issue is sorry for my bad english: and the bad thing is it happns most of the times when you arent on the pc that is really annoying
 
Completely understandable and your English isn't that bad, I've heard far worse from English people ;)

Hopefully the issue is resolved soon and an update posted.

1) post bugs and problems in the hb thread (and the bugtracker!)
2) don't post threads with peoples names in it, targetting them (staff or otherwise)
3) Mario, you should know this... come on
