Blizzard is already being sued by multiple countries, I don't understand this thread.
 
And then what?
Blizz will go bankrupt and you won't be able to bot since there'll be no game to bot in anymore?
Blizz will start to allow bots and go bankrupt that way and you'll have no game to bot anymore?

What are you trying to accomplish and why?
What would be your legitimate reason to file a complaint anyway?

I don't see anything useful in filing a complaint at that site.

Awesome if enough of us complain maybe we can stop Blizzard from ever making another game!!! Oh wait.....
 
How do 98% of you look yourself in the face every morning. I mean seriously.
 
this can also be said about AT&T, Verison, comcast and any other company in US.
They all F over the customer and then go get laws changed by bribing officials.
That way its now legal to F the customer because all the laws are written for the companies.

Does this help fix your problem, no, but I really believe the country is dying and NOTHING you can do will change it.
All of the problems won't go away with something like this but it will say hey quit Fing the customer with rules that we have no way of knowing are in place before we buy your product.
Then make more money from banning me and then selling me the same thing again.
State up front and then if I don't agree I don't buy your product.
PS this bullshit of ok here are the new rules agree or get out and thanks for the money is utter crap.
If I don't like the new rules and don't agree give me my money back.
 
everybody that bought a pc game in the last 3 years knows exactly that there will be another EULA/ToS and roughly what it will contain. Especially when we bought our second, third, fourth and so on D3.

You guys are just flat out lieing if you say you had no idea, that you wouldn't be allowed to bot, needed to be online, warden would be active etc etc. Maybe you can dispute the thing about the chat being saved but then again it was all done all the time anyway.
