i have read previous posts regarding this, i have tried copying and pasting the information in without any spaces or gaps and also tried manually doing this but it keeps asking me for a shop password..someone help please

make sure you are using your key and not the activation id

where do i find my key

It should have been email to you through the email you used for purchase.
Alternatively you can register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same email you used for purchase.
And it should be there.
