Playing on US server from EU

As the title says I would like to ask what are your experiences with playing us servers from the eu? I know i have to install the US client. My question is: Is it much more risky then just playing on eu servers? How much latency do you guys have? Does it really affect my botting?

I currently run 3 bots on eu servers, i woul extend it to 6 on eu and 3 on us. maybe 6 on both region. What would you give me as an advice?

I dont have any issues. Im currently in sweden and our apartment has a terrible broadband connection. Just tested the current speed at Speedtest.net and i got 1mb/s download upload of .23mb/s ping of 19ms.

Would you have to have to different installs for wow? Obviously one being US and the other EU ...
