Playing EU and US on same account at same time

Hi all, was just wondering if it is possible to play on the same account in two different realms at the same time? Not necessarily botting, but just logged in and playing. Is this against the rules and is it a bannable offense?

Bullshit. There is no high risk. Blizzard intended for it to be played on both regions in the same time if you wish. You could make as many accounts as you wanted in D2 and log in with all of them at once that doesn't mean you will get banned if it's intended.

Ive tried really hard to get this working, but everytime it just kicks me off from the other char.. So im only able to be on one realm.. Do we need somekind of program to make this happen ?
