Player Auctions account taken back

So I bought an account on playerauctions 6 days ago and I came home and the password was changed. I got insurance on the account and submitted a recovery on the account. Has anyone ever had a problem with this and if so how long did it take to get your money back?

I did, but for Everquest back in 2010. Never got it back, pretty much got scammed for 250 bucks, since i didn't get insurance on the account and PA kept giving me run around about how i didn't have insurance even though the guy took back his account only 3 days after purchase. I hate PA with passion.

The best thing to do with Player Auctions is to only buy an account from someone who has 20+ positive transactions. I've bought 6 accounts in the past year from PA and had no issues with that. But ya if your buying an account from someone with 0 feedback your playing with fire.
