play wow and have demonbuddy running?

Is the detection different for wow/diablo3 so i shouldnt play wow while i have demonbuddy enabled for d3 or the other way around(honorbuddy)?
My computer can handle both games at the same time so figured i could run both at the same time.

I understand it's two different games but since honorbuddy/demonbuddy is the same sort of wouldnt it be hidden from both of them?
