Play 4.0.3 without full patch?

Well it lets you play with just the setup part of the patch, is there anyway to stop it from downloading the full patch? This shit is eating up all my bandwidth.
 
Maybe try a thread on the blizzard forums, generally that's where you get support for WoW?????
