Planning on doing some farming, please help!

I have 2 accounts, my main (which i definitely don't want to lose) and my 2nd account which i only have like 1 level 100 character from the WoD boost. The problem is that both of these WoWs are on the same Bnet account, so am i just better of creating new one with using vpn etc. and using the lvl 100 boost to new character purely focused on farming stuff?
Should i farm dungeons or herbs for gold and do i need WoD or is just the classic WoW enough to farm stuff? Also what is the safest method of transferring gold from farmer to main?

From my experience being on the same bnet doesnt matter. Don't bot on your main account and farm with your second to feed your main.
