After using Mortal Strike, a reinforcement skill and it expires the skill is still in cool down for 10 seconds. During that time the script is trying to activate it again causing the character to pause and step, pause and step and does this until it can be activated again. It's very noticeable to others around your character. It does this every time it expires which is every two minutes for about 10 seconds.
