Pizzaman was slain by a Grotesque!

I have been messing around with avoidance for Grotesque but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Every grotesque that I kill kills me in return.

I am using Necromancer Rathma Faceroll routine. Is it the routine that is ignoring avoidance settings or is just grotesque explosion avoidance missing?

Edit: Seems putting health to 100% vice distance slider is the way to go. Dying way less now.
