Pit of Saron hilt farm profile?

I've tried to find one, but those that are here are not working good.
Can anyone help, or maybe make one solid profile? I would be soooooooooo grateful

Many profiles still dont work with hb3. Install hb2 and try use this profile.

I did, tried all the profiles on HB2, 4 of them. None is working properly, either doesn't loot, or doesn't fly to the vendor to sell.
