Pirox vs hb/gb (i know another thread lol)

right, i know you probs get this all the time but

is hb/gb better than Pirox, i have used pirox for nearly 6months now, and finally perfected it.
the reason why im here on your forums today is what Pirox(the mod) said on forums.

Which along the lines said. he isnt a reverse engineer and we will have to 'wait' and see if people get banned and learn from the banned wtf is going on. which they can drop dead if im being a test dummy for them :P.

So i know gb/hb is down? or maybe even back up now.

But if anyone will make botting as close to 100% safe as possible i will go with whomever, and pay the price ;).

So in what ways is hb/gb better? i tried to find more info but the honorbuddy.com etc site doesnt really give that much info, just "buy" :p.

So any ex-pirox users that will never look back? and the reason i bot atm, is that im starting up my own business. So i have very little time (Compared anyway) to play WoW but i still love having new 80's to play. so hb/gb just run it and leave it? or do you have to make profile after profile and link them 2gether and hope your the right level for when it goes onto next profile that you dont get camped by mobs :P.

So any help will be very very welcome ;)
and most likely lead to cash in hb/gb producers pockets ;)
 
It is not possible to be 100% safe because Blizzard take measures to try to catch botters. That said, I have both a pirox license and a HB/GB license, and I am more pleased with HB/GB as a general product than Pirox. Is it "safer"? I don't know.
 
I know there is nothing thats 100% safe. but pirox is worrying me that its taking the "you go first" approach tis all. so if hb/gb is safer or just as safe but these better support and easier to use. i will jump ship :P
 
I am an ex Pirox User :)

I do know the guy personally, and i do think that he wants to do the best to secure his bots as we do.

No one knows his protection system, as no one knows ours, except of us. And its definitely the best to not show how you do protect your systems.
 
Im an ex Pirox user aswell, the one thing i really hate is the "macro's" and the whole setting-up-the-bot before using.. (dunno if its changed, havent used it for about a year now)
They do have allot of different profiles so thats a plus

But imo, i have used Pirox for nearly 6 months and Honorbuddy aswell, i find Honorbuddy more user friendly then Pirox

I Agree, people are really active on forums and helping each other out, publishing public profile's etc.
BUT the downpart of Pirox is setting up all those macro's, wich aint that hard at all if you use the tools.

But once again if you posses an lvl 80 and want to play some time yourself, you will mostly require re-editing your action bar, wich can be really annoying.
since HB doesn'trequire u to change ur action bar, u could leave it like how you play since HB just plays out of ur spellbook ( Looks like).
Well if still can't decide, i Suggest buy both that's what i've done ^^
 
i have a license for pirox, but i hate it, it takes me 5 mins to set it up for a simple grind bot, and whenever I used pirox i always had the feeling of having to babysit it because when I looked at it i could obviously tell it was a bot, HB on the other hand was a 1 click thing takes less than 30 secs to start up, just have a good cc and profile, youre good to go. And back before we were in beta the bot was seamless, now that were in beta some things might be rough but i know that it will be perfect when we have the final release :3
 
Both are really good bots.. pvptool is more polished.. and you can make it do exactly what you want it to do... and it has a million zillion more options in it.

HB's nav system shits all over any bots atm thou..

Pirox bot can just go get screwed. (Sorry to be abrubt like this but just my opinion) Used it for about a week and found HB/GB. 1000% better than Pirox. In My opinion He don't care about his buyers. I think He just created the bot for the $$$Bling Bling. At Least Here You Feel Like a family because most ppl here, as long as you SEARCH and READ first and still don't find your answer will help you out. Profiles? LoL there are a ton of them that are almost perfected already. So if you don't want to sit there and create your own profile you can simply DL one. You Load Your profile click start and you can go. GB/HB <----technically two different programs. GB is a gathering Bot While Honorbuddy is a Mixed PvP, RaF, Grinding, Questing Bot. Definately 100% worth the price. You will never regret it if you get GB/HB.

But thank you all the info, i heard RAF alot, and im guessing its Refer and friend? Pirox sucked at RAF, you had to use other programs to work with it to make it even think about working,

Has HB pulled it off? as if it has, ill be here in a flash. as last time i tried to RAF with my pirox accounts it had to fight and change EVERY profile to custom it to RAF and even then it failed ;/
 
From my understanding plenty of people use RAF mode, im not one of them but have tried to give it a go on a trial account & Paid account and it seemed to work well.
 
not sure how stable it is with the current releases but it used to work flawlessly
 
i own a license for both and both bots work for me. I use HB because in general it is way more usable out of the box then pirox and if you wanna just try out another class and such - you can pretty much start hb and start botting.

With pirox - that wont work. Also pathing is way more complicated with pirox. Anyways it still is a good bot.

BUT i must admit i was very surprised about what they said on the forum about security and warden update and such things.
I know you never can be save at all - but more or less they say 'we dont have any protection and we dont know what warden does' which i find a bit unsecure.
I must admit tho that my knowledge about warden is limited as well - so you may still be perfectly save with pirox.

On a side note i must say i currently bot only on a account that i dont care about losing because of all the bans in the last weeks and the fact im not sure about warden 2. So i just wait a couple weeks and see what happens.

Dude...go buy HB/GB already!!!

Pirox can't compare to hb/gb >_>
 
Have both of them, you can't even compare pirox to GB/HB tbh.


GB/HB > Pirox
 
why not?
i use both bots on my accounts atm
i like that if pirox gets stuck in water it keeps moving and finally get on the ground and mount, but with gb it just logs out if gets stuck for me
