Pickup from Items, GrindTo conditionally, and ForceMail.xml (again)

As you saw with the release of HB-2.0.0.3804, we now have the ability to Pickup quests from Items, and GrindTo conditionally (other than 'Level'). The following Wiki pages have been updated as a consequence of these new features:

Also with this release, the ForceMail.xml capabilities have been shipped. Once again, I deeply apologize for any vexation my premature post about ForceMail.xml may have caused. (mea cupla, here).

dummy skinning added, you can simply replaceall Skinning with Herbalism or Mining and achieve the same result.

make sure you change #'s to real numbers 25 50 75 etc
