Pick up followers/wings that drop?

Thanks. Is there any post explaining how I can add the things listed in that thread into my DB item pick up list and add the menagerist goblin to my DB kill list?

You dont need to, just update your trinity to latest released in the plugins section

I've been on trinity 2.41.90 for a couple days now - still no wings/pets... Do I need to check a certain option in trinity to pick them up?

Rifts and G-rifts doesn't drop pets/wings. You have to explore the maps in adventure or find goblins during bounties. Make sure you got stash wings/pets in trinity option.
