Pick mail , smelt ore and sell plug in

Hey, Is there a plug in that goes to the mail, picks up saronite ore, smelts it and sells it? and starts over and over again.? if not, it would be a very nice thing to have...
 
Nope, not as far as I know. But it sounds like a good idea. Maybe some one will create one.
