PF started than stop again,Please help me

Dear Sir
I bought a new PF key in 12/25(sun) after the old PF key had "started than stop"problem.
The new PF key worked very well within few hours than it was walking and did nothing.
after that I restarted PF, PF is "started than stop".
than I waited few hours,I reinstalled PF tried again,PF was the same problem"started than stop".
This time,when I bought new key,I am using the same account even if PF is "started than stop", I had no tried other account.
All the attachments were this new key works.

Please help me

you're using that one key only on one account right? try deleting the statistic.js file.

It works,but just caught a pokemon than stop.
I was deleting the statistic.js than tried again, PF was trying to catch a pokemon but failed than stop.
The statistic.js is showing up at everytime after PF had stoped by itself. Do I need to delet "statistic.js" at all time.
please help me to solve it .
