PF loots a Pokestop, then attempts to loot it again -Not Soft Ban-

Updated to the most recent version of the client as per request. PF is still looting the Pokestops correctly the first time and then still tries to loot the same pokestop.

I'm pretty sure that this is a soft ban and i have unbanned myself by spinning the pokestop 40+ times.

Do you guys have a hot key that says everything is a soft ban?
