PF Crashing when connecting to game servers

I just bought PF and downloaded the latest version.

When I start the bot, it begins to run, but when it gets to "Connecting to game server" the app crashes and I have to close it.

I've tried on 2 different PC's one Win10, one Win7. These are fresh install PC's. The only software I have installed is the HMA vpn client. I've turned off the firewall and created a Windows defender exception for the PF folder on the Win10 PC. The Win7 PC doesn't have an av software installed.

I've tried with existing PF accounts, and brand new PF accounts. All PTC accounts.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

Did everything you said. Running the buddywizzard.exe gave me 3 green checkmnarks.


No change...

I have had some success though. I am able to use the bot when not connected to the VPN. It's only crashing when the VPN is connected. The strange thing is that not all my accounts will run when not connected to the VPN. Some are crashing, some are ok...

Uploading the log from after your suggestions. It seems to be the same.

Don't run the VPN then. I would suggest changing to a different provider if you insist on running it

You misunderstand. Some accounts are working off the VPN, but some accounts are still crashing even without the VPN.

Based on the other posts of people having the same problem, the issue probably isn't with the VPN.

I delete my windows, and get new. I have no programs. But problem is steel with me(

Yes, Teamviewer 11. This PC is just a headless box in the basement.

I'll install VNC and remove Teamviewer, then try again.

PF worked? i get new windows but nothing has changed

I use PF with TeamViewer 11 and never have client side problems.
