Persistent error upon fresh HB lauch

HB worked a couple of times on the first run , but after that I keep getting a Persistent error upon start up ...

[3:39:46:450] System.Exception: Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync; InjectionFinishedEvent was never fired.
at BlueMagic.ExecutorRand.Execute()
at Styx.WoWInternals.WoWObjects.WoWObject.GetObjectName()

Even after re downloading . After the error it just freezes or initialises but doesnt work . Some help would be apreciated , thank you
