permanently auth bad/failed

everytime i try to log into honorbuddy i get the "auth bad" error message appear and i cannot start the bot.

I have used the exact same user name and password as i have used for my honorbuddy website login (not my forum account name it is different)

so basically, has anyone else had this problem? at the moment im using the test feature and im very happy with it i would just like to get to use the full bot sometime soon.

If you have configured a proxy in your Internet Explorer then deactivate it. I had this problem too.

na im on a fresh install of Windows 7 so no proxy's or anything. I've got no AV running and no firewall when i try either.
