Many times i got my bot stucked in such situation - Character is back turned to the questgiver and in this position he cant take the next quest or complete. I need to turn him by myself with mouse and then he can continue. Can someone help me? Thanks a lot

This is a problem with your Combat Routine. More info here: FAQ.
Go back to Singular and all should return to normal.
Also, in the future, any time you seek assistance, you should always attach your full log file.
