Everyone is going to have their own theories as to how to avoid being banned. I personally just stick to stops close to home where I know people lure all day long. I know the travel time between those places and my home, When I stop botting I wait that long, after I use my phone, I wait that long. Among many other little things I do. Who know what I am doing this far to avoid it and who knows if I am next on the list. If you dont want to get banned, dont bot. Grab a lawn chair, sit between 3 pokestops and lure them. Voila.
