Permanent Ban

I have just recieved a permanant ban i was actualy using my accoun when this happen.....
No bot on at the time....
After multile emails they have said the account will not be reinstated.... WTF
I have not even recieved a 72 hour ban just straight up permannent ban..

Looks like they are targeting Oceanic botters big time, because seriously on my server the botting is out of control and obvious. Already had my main banned which was probably my own fault, but really the obviousness of bots it really doesn't surprise me.
