permanent "authorisation bad"

Everytime i try to log onto honorbuddy i get "authorisation bad" and then i cannot do anything I have been trying for about two months now so it isn't as if i need to give the honorbuddy servers time to recognise my account, I have also changed my password through the matrix shop and waited up to 6 hours before trying again to only get the same error.

Is there anything that I may be doing wrong? or do i have to go about trying to get a refund?

username and password is Case sensitive.
Also download the latest version of HB, the old ones wont work

just downloaded it again like 30-40 minutes ago, my username and password are all lower case but still coming up with the "authorisation failed" (thought it was auth bad but nevermind same end result)

na just normal characters my username is just standard letters with no uppercase or anything (im assuming my username is the username given in the honorbuddy shop?

post your log as attachement
auth failed is totaly diff from auth bad

right that is that done and it's changed.....im now getting in the info box when i try to login (saves posting another log)

now to be sure im resetting the password correctly (read other threads that have said password reset fixes it)

I'm logged on

I go to
ACCOUNT OPTIONS

then i click on:

MANAGE ACCOUNT DETAILS (the highest of 5 possible options)

I then type my new password into the

First entry box (3rd line below date of last update and username)

I repeat my password in the box below that and click submit.


Is that correct or am i changing details for something else? I spent ages before looking for a different link to change a password but there wasn't any I could see.

i actually hate myself right now.............my username has a fkng space at the start of it...

I put the space in the start of honorbuddy and voila it works i just noticed there when i was messing about trying to log into shop that my acc name didn't look right.

I am terribly sorry for wasting your time this is something I should have noticed myself and i feel alot more stupid than how stupid most people who read this thread are going to think i am trust me!

so yeah all working as of now again very sorry for that.
