Permabanned - Lazyraider for the first time in three months

I got hit with a 72 hour suspension three months ago, after using Lazyraider exclusively for months prior. After that suspension, I have not botted since then... until tonight. I loaded up Honorbuddy with Lazyraider, Tuanha's hunter CC and did an alt raid. Shortly after raid ended, I was disconnected and received my termination notice.

Lazyraider only

5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Tuanha's public hunter CC, all movement, targeting, and interrupts turned off

6)What plugins are you using?:
None

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
Haven't botted at all within the last 3 months, then used Lazyraider for an hour and a half.

8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
100%, since I was controlling movement and targeting

9)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Only about 10 or so, miscellaneous pets gem cuts from JC daily.

10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No.

11)Was your account involved in gold selling?
No.

12)EU or US realm?
US.

13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
Paid.

The only thing I can think of, other than that I was nailed because it was detected somehow, is that I may have been reported while mining for a few hours yesterday on my rogue in a populated area. I wasn't concerned at the time though because it was 100% by hand and I hadn't had HB running for months prior. I have submitted an appeal, but I don't have much hope because of my prior suspension. If anyone has any tales about how they miraculously had a successful appeal after already being suspended once before, I would appreciate them.

My appeal was answered quickly, and it appears to be a copy/paste "thanks for your message, additional review confirms findings, will not be reversed" nonsense. I will keep trying.

I did not use Gatherbuddy, please re-read my post. The mining that I did on Wednesday night was done 100% myself without HB even running in the background. By that point in time, I had not started it in three months since my last suspension. The only time that HB was running was with Lazyraider only on Thursday night (no targeting, no movement, and no interrupts enabled) for an hour and a half. The only reason I mentioned the gathering is that it was possible that I had been reported for merely being out there, NOT that I was using GB, because I did ninja nodes from people who were too slow and they might have gotten pissy.

Second appeal was answered last night, denied again. I don't want to paste the entire message here, in case any of it can be used to identify my account, but one particular line stood out to me: "This account was closed after evidence was produced indicating one or more characters on the account were found to be using an unauthorized cheat program."

I'm not quite sure what evidence they supposedly have, and of course they won't disclose any information. I strongly suspect that I was reported for "botting" while mining the previous night (nevermind that I was personally farming materials by hand and hadn't had the bot open in three months by that point), perhaps that flagged my account for further review and then my use of Lazyraider set it off somehow.

I'm just going to leave it alone for now. It sucks, but maybe I'll come back to it in a few months and try again.
