6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: Twice a week for around 5 hours per day

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: None

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No

10)EU or US realm?

I have around 5 other accounts linked to the battlenet and I do not understand why this one got banned especially when it is used the least out of them all when it comes to botting, I would PvP on this character a lot and do arenas and when I was home I would monitor it when I did the skinning profile.

Is there anyway to try and get myself out of this perma-ban? It hasn't been botting for the past few days and just been casually playing him whenever I could.

just call them via skype and start asking why did you get baned and what is this third part program they are saying at the mail you receive.

You can ask to have the account re-investigated and then perhaps get it back that way but you must understand that botting, regardless of the amount of time, is completely and utterly against the Terms of Service and as such they will always ban where possible.
Simple rule; Do not bot on something you are afraid of losing.
