Looking back now I regret the stupidity of what I did, but here's what happened. I left my level 20 Shaman running Dungeonbuddy overnight. When I returned to see the message of my perma-ban. The last things I saw on HB included that I leveled to 25 and finished running a Blackfathom Deeps. Here's the log, it's long because this was running overnight, but hopefully somebody can help me! Basically I'm in need of anybody's advice who has experience in a similar situation, and how I can get my account back! I definitely learned my lesson and WILL be much more careful when botting in the future (hopefully there is one). Thanks in advance.

What types of things should I say when appealing my ban? I have never done anything of the sort, and while I understand that I must kiss blizzard's ass, I am not sure of how to most effectively do this. Thanks.
