so i just reactivated my account a few days ago to bot up some gold to sell when i recieved a perma ban this morning. botting maybe 12 hours a day for about the last 4 days since reupping the account so i got hit fast. heres the email:

i then replied to it with this:
Hi, I actually let my account die a couple months ago due to me going to school in the summer and i wouldnt have much time to play. I just got an email saying my account has been closed. I was hoping to start playing again next month once school dies down and am not sure what happened with my account. Was i hacked? Im scanning my computer as we speak for any viruses. Hopefully i can get the issue resolved. Please look into it and reverse the ban so i can continue to play after this semester
about an hour later, my ticket was resolved and changed to a 3 day suspension!

Details: Found to be using unapproved third party software that gave the player an unfair advantage over other World of Warcraft players.

Based on a review of the information presented, this World of Warcraft account has been given a 72 hour account suspension, in addition to any previous warnings issued. Be aware that any additional infractions of this nature may result in the permanent closure of this account.
