[GB2]Dread Wastes and Valley of four winds v1.3 - But TBH i don think there's anything to do with this profile. it's just amazing.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
FrostDK , Singular.

5)What plugins are you using?:
Mr ItemRemover, UnderWater Collector.

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
My account is basically online 7*24. I play for about 4hrs everyday, then bot the rest.

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
20-30%.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Around 250.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
Never.

10)EU or US realm?
US





At first i thought that was the new banwave ppl expected, but then I didn't see the forum being flooded like pirox 2 years ago.
So apparently it's the 7*24 playing time that gets me caught.

I used both "I believe my account is compromised" and the "innocent support ticket" method.

and account restoration worked after 3 hrs so i cancelled my ticket to avoid second time investigation.

worked as intended.

Blizzard is just proven again beyond stupid.

My story is almost identical to yours. I got my permaban email around 3:30pm est today. Reason was same, but I have never sold or bought gold. I bot to fund my collection of mounts and stuff. I was running dread wastes profile, via hbrelog. I haven't been home to appeal it yet, can't seem to complete the form via my iPad
 
got banned cause of the 250 auctions per day. 20-30 max per day and u'll never get banned.
 
I also have never had a ban or warning before. My toon has almost 15k achvs, and semi hardcore raider. I only have 150k, was saving for the reforge mount and jc panthers.
 
i have ppl who tell me they report me daily but i never sell anything in bulk and havent even had a warning
 
I havnt seen so said 'warning' for ages.
Last time was when i got caught by GM in arena using speedhack, got a freeze debuff and a 48hr suspension, two years ago.

This is a total myth. I have consistently somewhere around 1500 auctions per day nearly every single day and that was before I ever started botting. Its far more likely to be the "My account is basically online 7*24." Keeping auctions low is also not a guarantee since there are so many other ways to be found out as a botter. Basically the more bot like behavior you exhibit the more likely you are to get banned, period. And mass volume of auctions is not by itself bot like behavior.

I believe it's definitely the 7*24 playing time

just wanted to test blizzard a bit, and it worked.

And yet again they gave my account back.
god bless this game...
 
The same thing happened to me today.... I put in a ticket, but still haven't gotten my account back. I pray that I get it back. I was playing in the BG's when it happened! :'((((((
 
first u will never get banned until you get reported a ton of times, second the auctions is what makes them do it without "proof"

getting reported just depends on ur server tho...

How did you get your account restored so quickly??? They told me up to 24-48 hours when I called them. :(
 
same thing today, I tried the recovery they said it hadnt been compemised, so now I am trying the ticket stating I didnt do anything wrong... hope I am as lucky as you.

I lost 2 also today, 1 ill get back 1 has been temp banned before. Made 500k within the last 2 weeks so ill cut my losses. was running 400 auctions per account :) i knew the risks

exactly the same:(

i stopped herbing and spent a few times in BG, then banned.
 
From what i seen other real players are getting feed up in BG because there so many bots. It way to easy to pick out the bots the way bg set up now....i have sat on noob hill and watched waves of bots go in and wipe and repeat over and over and lose the game. I say the biggest risk is bot running BG and then running 24 hours. I run about 16 a day but no more then 4 hours per toon and i move stuff around so not just one toon posting on ah. i seen in BG where guys just start reporting everyone that dose not answer them in bg chat
